The website Printpower.eu (the "Website") is owned and operated by Print Power Europe, which is an initiative supported by paper manufacturers organised within EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAPHIC PAPER PRODUCERS ASBL (“Euro-Graph”) for the purpose of marketing and promoting the use of print media (newspapers, magazines, direct mail, customer magazines, door drops and catalogues) as effective advertising channels within Europe.
Euro-Graph has its registered offices at 1050 Brussels, Avenue Louise 250, with the Central Bank of Enterprises number 0476.557.733.
Any question or complaint related to the use of the Website or the functioning of the services (the “Service” as described hereinafter) proposed by Print Power Europe may be addressed to Print Power Europe:

- The possibility for the User to access the Website (which is a content website providing news, research, insights, data, case stories, etc. about the effectiveness of print media) and all its functionalities (participation to survey, possibility to contact us by means of a contact form, etc).
- The provision to Subscribers of a newsletter.

Continuity of the service
Print Power Europe ensures, to the extent possible, that the Website remains accessible for a normal number of Users.

Print Power Europe and any of its affiliates, directors or employees or other representatives disclaim any liability to any person or any entity (including User or Subscriber) for any losses, damages or costs of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, income or profit, loss of goodwill, wasted expenditure, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, based upon or resulting from the use of the Service.
The Website and all its components (marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, text, etc.) are the property of Print Power Europe or its partners. They are protected by intellectual property rights (more specifically copyright and neighbouring rights, trademark rights, etc.).

The Subscriber and the User, or any other data subject (natural personal whose personal data are processed by Euro-Graph) –(hereinafter “Data Subjects” or “You”) acknowledge having read the information provided hereunder and being informed that Euro-Graph processes, as detailed hereunder, their personal data , as defined in its Terms.
In order to perform the Service and/or to support Print Power Europe initiative, it is necessary for us to process some personal data. In such a case, the data controller for these data is Euro-Graph.
By subscribing to our newsletter through the link « Subscribe », by participating to surveys, by contacting us through the link "Contact us” or otherwise on our website www.printpower.eu or by giving us a business card during a meeting, You allow Euro-Graph to record and process some of your personal data (identification data such as first name, surname, professional email address, company, function, phone number and/or address or postal code).
